We’re located at 28660 N. Black Canyon Hwy, just north of Happy Valley Road, on the west side of I-17.
***Temporary Directions***: Because of exit closures due to the construction on I17, please follow these alternate directions. This should help you to avoid some of the construction on the freeway.
DIRECTIONS: (from S. of Happy Valley)
Take I-17 N, exit JOMAX
Travel 2 miles N. on the frontage road
Turn L at Dixileta and cross over the HWY (I-17)
Turn L again and travel S 1/2 mile
Take your first R on Juanita Ct, and pull into the parking lot
DIRECTIONS: (from N. of Happy Valley)
Take I-17 S, exit Happy Valley and turn around,
Take I-17 N, exit JOMAX
Travel 2 miles N. on the frontage road
Turn L at Dixileta and cross over the HWY (I-17)
Turn L again and travel S 1/2 mile
Take your first R on Juanita Ct, and pull into the parking lot
Interstate 17 to Happy Valley head west to 35th Ave.
turn right (North) on 35th Ave. and follow to Pinnacle Vista.
Follow Pinnacle Vista to 31st Ave and turn left (North).
Stay on 31st Ave. until you reach the end.
Make a right hand turn. Our facility is on the immediate left
